High-grade Packaging Paper Project Put into Production

On May 18, the 1-million-ton high-grade packaging paper project commissioning ceremony was held in Guangdong Shanying. Affected by the COVID pandemic, Wu Mingwu, Chairman of Shanying International Holdings Co., Ltd, together with members of senior management team and heads of HQ centers witnessed the ceremony via video connection.

On September 28, 2020, Guangdong Shanying inaugurated the high-grade packaging paper project with an annual output of 1 million tons and simultaneously started the construction of two of the world’s most advanced paper production lines, together with raw material and finished product storage and environmental protection. The project was designed and constructed in accordance with industry 4.0 standards. It is acknowledged that the capacity of Guangdong Shanying will be greatly scaled up upon the completion of the project.
